Schedule a Test

This form is for scheduling up to 12 basic backflow tests. If you have a larger number of tests, complicating factors, or need other services, please contact us. We will attempt to contact you within 3 business days of receiving your scheduling request with verification and a timeline. If we need to make an appointment, we will attempt to contact you several times. If we're unable to contact you and schedule an appointment, we will automatically refund your payment after 30 days.  Please note that your water department may impose a submission fee which will be passed over to you, the customer. If this fee is present it should be listed on the notice you received from your water department. If this fee is present we will send you an invoice with the remaining balance.
